Michael Rizzo Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2022, at the age of 90, Michael Rizzo of Windsor, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Rizzo and Lucia Rizzo (DeAngelis); his wife Angeline Rizzo (Mancuso); his daughter Frances Rizzo; his grandson Edward Glofka; and his sisters, Olympia "Lee" Lucente, Angeline "Tootsie" Peterson and Carmela "Millie" Intino.

He is survived by: his children, Anthony Rizzo (Gaye) of Windsor, Paula Glofka (Ed) of Windsor, Laura Friedrich (Robert) of Stafford Springs, Lucianne Rizzo (Tim Kiniry) of Enfield, Theresa Santapaola (Sal) of Wethersfield, Lynne Rizzo of Bloomfield and Michael Rizzo, Jr. (Dot) of Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Christina (Ryan), Melissa (Mark), Anthony (Ellie), Haley, Russell (Ashley), Matthew, Jennifer, George, Alyssa, Juliana, Gina, Giancarlo, Erich, Andrew, Rachel, Joshua (Juliana), Nicole (Stephen), Jonathan and Brian; his great grandchildren, Franklin, Ayla, Grace, Guytano, Natalie, Caleb, Noah, Ava, Abby, Cora, Kody, Parker and Preston; and his sister-in-law Loretta Driscoll of West Hartford. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
