He is survived by: his wife Paula C. Panik (Cusano) of Windsor; his daughters, Michele P. West of Nashua, NH and Marie Panik of Northampton, MA; and his granddaughters, Isabelle E. West of Nashua, NH and Genevieve L. West of Nashua, NH.
