She was predeceased by: her husband Kevin John Blaney; her father William; her daughter Kathleen "Kate" Blaney; and her sister Cathy Savell. She is survived by: her mother Jane; her children, Bill Blaney of East Hartford and Leah Blaney (Chris) of Vernon; her brother Tom Ellis (Elizabeth Nolan) of Kittery, ME; and her brother-in-law Lawrence Savell of Croton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many wonderful friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald MacDonald House or to the American Cancer Society.
