She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jackson and Dorothy Jackson; her brother William; and her father-in-law William Munley. She is survived by: her husband Michael Joseph Munley; her daughters, Sabrina Patricia Munley of Philadelphia, PA and Vanessa Margaret Munley of Philadelphia, PA; her mother-in-law Elaine Munley of Herndon, VA; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Munley (Sharon) of Kitty Hawk, NC, James Munley (Kathy) of New Hampshire and Elizabeth Cironi (Louis) of Virginia. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
Julie worked as a speech and language pathologist for the elderly for most of her career and since COVID she had transitioned into project management for Behavioral Health Network.
