He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph John Zafian Jr. and Catherine Zafian (Phillips). He is survived by: his wife Ruthann Zafian (Brunner); his daughter Sara Zafian; and his brothers, Jim Zafian (Laura) and Bob Zafian (Ruth).
