He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cimbak and Mary Cimbak (Hirko); and his brother Jerome Cimbak. He is survived by: his wife Jane Cimbak; his children, Dr. James Cimbak (Angela), Elizabeth Cimbak and Trishia Cimbak (Tony Motto); his grandchildren, Philip Cimbak, Nicole Cimbak, Michael Hovan and Kelly Hovan (Evan Crower); and his stepsons, Alex and Nicholas Vaughan. He is also survived by many relatives, nieces, nephews and friends.
