She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Mighty; her stepfather Patrick Coke; and her grandmother Elfreda Dale. She is survived by: her mother Olive Coke (Collins) of Bloomfield, CT; her son Kristian Xyminis of Windsor, CT; her siblings, Anthony Mighty of St Catherine, Jamaica, Jacqueline Mighty-Brown of Florida, Jonnet Mighty of St. Catherine, Jamaica, Pamella Mighty of St. Catherine, Jamaica and Karen Mighty; her uncles, John Collins of Tampa, FL, Desmond Collins of Bloomfield, CT and Carlton Cummings of St; her close friend John Haywood Jr.; and her son Kristianscholarship02. She is also survived by cousins, relatives, and beloved friends.
She volunteered on several boards within the community such as the West Indian Foundation, The West Indian Social Club of Hartford, and the National Black MBA Association.
