We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2022, at the age of 87, James R. Bogard of Windsor, Connecticut, born in Mason City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil R. Bogard and Evelyn Bogard (Patterson). He is survived by: his wife Carol Bogard (Anderberg); his son Arthur H. Bogard of Windsor; his brother John Bogard (Judith); his nephew Paul Bogard; and his niece Rachel Bateman.
