He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses McDaniel and Esther McDaniel; and his wife Stella McDaniel. He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline McDaniel of Tampa, FL, Michael A. McDaniel (Etta) of Wallingford, CT and Carol McDaniel-Stanley (Walter, III) of Windsor, CT; his sisters, Ella Francis Jackson and Ruth McDaniel; his granddaughters, Kristen Anderson Shorter and Stephanie Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy Anderson and Kaharie Shorter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, as well as other relatives and friends.
