She is survived by: her parent Jeanette Sholunas (Castonguay); her children, Jennifer Beaudoin (Joshua) of Windsor and John Thorne of Palm Harbor, FL; her brother Chester Moroz of Dudley, MA; her wife Frances; and her grandchildren, Alexandra Thorne, James Thorne and Ian Beaudoin.

Donations in Jacquelyn's memory may be made to American Cancer Society.
