It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George W. Dixon (Windsor, Connecticut), who passed away on March 5, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George W. Dixon to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J Dixon and Grace C Dixon; his former wife Greta; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his daughters, Marji Norman (Sonny), Susan Mayo (Robert), Debbi Oldford Peterborough (Curtis) and Teri Dixon; his siblings, Beverly Southwick of Ellington and Gary Dixon of Bristol; and his sister-in-law Diane Dixon of Hebron. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and several great nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory be made to St. Damien of Molokai Parish Remembrance Fund, 379 Board St., Windsor, CT 06095.
