He was predeceased by: his brother Henry Thomas; and his brothers-in-law, Jacques Charbonneau and Stephen Grimley. He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Grimley); his daughter Vicki Thomas; his grandchildren, Alexis Burleigh of Vernon and Zachary Burleigh of Vernon; his siblings, Martha Charbonneau of St. Albans, VT, Shirley McElroy (Terrance) of Vernon, Leonard Thomas (Debi) of Ellington and Diane Thomas (Bruce Newman) of South Windsor; his sister-in-law Jane Thomas of Somers; and his nephew Daniel McElroy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
