He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis J. Menard and Kathrine Menard (Noreika); his children, Charlie, Joe and Mary Kay; his wife Barbara Wilhelm Menard of Parkdale; his daughter-in-law Rosemary of San Dimas, CA; his daughter Jane of Sacramento, CA; his grandchildren, Pierre, Clarissa of San Dimas, CA, Chantal (Steve) of Glendale, CA, Eric (Katie) of Junction City, OR, Margaret (Kate) and Isaac (Kelby) of Sacramento, CA; his siblings, Gregory Menard (Delores) of Windsor, CT, Connie of Rocky Hill, CT, Marion (Vic) of Rocky Hill, CT and Joseph; and his son Charles I. Menard. He was also cherished by six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held post-Covid 19 pandemic, with a gathering to follow.
