It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsa Gobourne of Windsor, Connecticut, who passed away on August 14, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Gobourne; and her siblings, Cynthia of Washington, Vincent and Cecil McNish. She is survived by: her daughters, Dorothy Smith (William Smith) of Windsor and Patricia Razz (John Razz) of Columbia, SC; her grandchildren, Ebonni Smith, John Razz, III and Jazmine Razz of Columbia, SC; and her great grandchildren, Sahara, Amarisse, Kaileana, Taylor, Adrienne, Gianna and Jace. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
