She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elmer Tarwood and Muriel Tarwood (Murray); her husband Frederick Charles Moffa; her children, Pamela G. Moffa of Windsor Locks and Dr. Frederick A. Moffa (Jennifer) of Granby; her sister Marilyn Johnston (Ray); her sister-in-law Diane Tarwood; her brother Kenneth Tarwood; her nieces and nephews, Ken Tarwood Jr. (Emily) and Ryan Tarwood; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Riley and Rory; and her cousin Marjorie Weidlich (Murray).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Elaine's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
