She is survived by: her children, Richard C. Welch of Windsor, Robert J. Welch (Tracey) of Enfield and Melissa Collins (Richard) of Windsor; her grandchildren, Abigail, Emily Welch, Thomas, Timothy, Renna Welch, Meagan Collins and Cassondra Roberts; and her sister Cheryl Bouchard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
