He was predeceased by: his parents, William Winn and Madeline Winn (Flynn); and his brothers, Richard and William Winn. He is survived by: his wife Maurita; his children, Jeffrey (Tina) of Manhattan, James (Kim) of Bedford, NH, Thomas (Michele) of Camillus, NY, Christine (Robert Long) of Simsbury, CT and Kevin (Colonel Lori Winn) of Dayton, OH.; and his grandchildren, David, Matthew, Daniel, Marshall, Timmy, Mackenzie, Patrick, Ryan, Meghan, Kyle, Kendall and Reagan. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
