She was predeceased by: her significant other Elden C. Chapman; and her siblings, Betty Logan, Gennie Herring (Benjamin), Helen Harris (John), Frances Taylor, Ann Eberhart (George), Floyd Gardner Jr. (Lillie Ruth) and James Montgomery.
She is survived by: her brother Robert L. Gardner (Gwen) of Windsor, CT; her brothers-in-law, James Taylor and Billy Logan; her grandchildren, Shonta, Shante, Keithous Jr., Sherrod, Darron, Latarra and Jayden; and her goddaughter Deborah Etheridge. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and their children.
