He was predeceased by: his father Daniel P. Sullivan Sr.; and his sister Sharon Lizak (Paul). He is survived by: his daughters, Tara Mendyka (Andrew) of Manchester and Shannon Sullivan; his grandson Christopher Rich of Vernon; his sisters, Barbara Walsh (Dennis) of Mystic and Jane Crogle (Alan) of Mystic; his godson Paul Lizak II; his friend Barbara Yard of Manchester; and his pets, Max and Abby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
