He is survived by: his parent Linda Dever (Hodgdon) of Hartford; and his siblings, Jason P. Dever of East Hartford, Matthew W. Dever of Hartford, Cora L. Dever-Maynard (Joseph) and Carrie J. St. He is also survived by three nephews and four nieces.
