We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Carolyn (Peterson) Soares (Windsor, Connecticut), born in Newton, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Peterson and Beverly Peterson (LaFrance); her brother-in-law Bill Cauthen; and her pets, Smokey, Bozo and Bandit.
She is survived by: her husband Paul E. Soares; her sister Meredith Waites (Loyd) of Essex, MA; her nephew Loyd Waites, III; and her sisters-in-law, Judith Vellone (John) of Centerville, MA and Carol Cauthen of Hyannis, MA. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Northeast School PTO, 69 East St., Vernon, CT 06066.
