She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Michalik and Nell Michalik (Beleskie); and her brother Tom Michalik. She is survived by: her husband Dale Whitney; her daughters, Sue Bezzina (Chris) of Tolland and Karen Turner (Pat) of Columbus, IN; her grandchildren, Branden, Alison, Megan, Collin and Ryan; her brothers, John Michalik (Ellen) of Glastonbury and Jim Michalik (Betsy) of Knoxville, TN; and her brother-in-law Doug Whitney of East Hartford.
