It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bella Sheets of Windsor, Connecticut, born in East Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph J. Sheets; her parents, Manuel Pacheco and Maria-Jose Pacheco (Martin); her siblings, Gilbert Pacheco and Mary Powers; and her brother-in-law James Powers.
She is survived by: her brother Manuel Pacheco (Joan) of Rumford, RI; and her sister-in-law Emily Pacheco of Rehoboth, MA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins and dear friends.
