She is survived by: her husband Russell Phelps; her children, Darlene (Robert Gradwell) of Granby, CT, Steven (Marybeth Phelps) of Virginia Beach, VA and Scott Phelps (Gretchen Brautigam) of Pawcatuck, CT; her grandchildren, Kate (JB Maas) of Virginia Beach, VA and Nick (Elisa Phelps) of Sudbury, MA; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Johnny, Lee, Kosta and Eva.
