He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Nepor of Atlanta, GA and Nina Rosen (Jerome) of Lake Worth, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Galina, Valentina, Alexander Filatov of Reno, NV and Walter Filatov of Reno, NV.
