With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Adelaide J. Doherty (Windsor, Connecticut), born in Granby, Connecticut, who passed away on July 3, 2024 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Adelaide leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald R. Doherty; her daughter Maryann; and her siblings, Laura, Wanda and Eugene.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Danny, Daria and Lisa; and her sister Emily. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
