She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Welch and Alberta Welch (Collins). She is survived by: her brothers, Edward Welch (Ellen) of Windsor Locks, Garry Welch (Linda) of East Windsor and Larry Welch (Judy) of Windsor Locks. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Lung Association.
