He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Czyzniak, Sr. and Edna Czyzniak (Stick); and his former wife Phyllis Czyzniak (Scirica). He is survived by: his wife Loretta Mazziotto; his children, Walter J. Czyzniak, III (Carol Czyzniak) of Windsor Locks and Diane Czyzniak (Mingo Gomes) of Windsor; his grandchildren, Miranda (Mark Lindahl) of Stafford Springs and Walter J. Czyzniak, IV (Krista Czyzniak) of Windsor Locks; and his great grandchildren, William, Evelyn Lindahl, Hailey, Arthur and Jonathan Czyzniak.
