Thomas Wieliczka Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Wieliczka (Windsor Locks, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on April 25, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Julia Wieliczka (Zimowski). He is survived by: his father Stanley T. Wieliczka; his sisters, Susan Hannigan (Joseph) of Windsor Locks, Laurie Muscarella (Anthony) of Suffield and Diane Samson (Dino) of East Windsor; his goddaughters, Amy Mandrola (Anthony) and Lisa Muscarella; his great-nephews, Vincent Mandrola, Blaise and Levi Hannigan; his goddaughter Heather Maldonado; and his aunt Antoinette Zimowski. He is also survived by several uncles, cousins, and countless friends.

Donations in memory of Thomas may to made to the Connecticut Children's Medical Center, 85 Seymour Street, Hartford CT 06106.
