He is survived by: his children, Steven J. Sabat (Bernadette Callan) of Windsor Locks and Krissy Bernard (Blaise) of Stafford Springs; his grandchildren, Adam, Seth, Becci, Evan, Jeremy and Jacque; his sisters, Eva and Nancy Sabat; his in-laws, Paul and Linda Formanek; and his friend John Starinovich. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
