It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Scott Taylor of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, born in Fort Kent, Maine, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Richard Taylor. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Taylor (Fournier); his siblings, Michael Taylor of Danbury, Sharon Watson (Troy) and Casey Taylor; his aunts and uncles, Francis Fournier (Dorothy), Carol Fournier, Nancy McClintock and Bill Taylor; and his nephew Matthew White of Naugatuk.
