He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Robert Howard Bell and Ruth Bell (Tilton); his wife Jane Daleb Bell; his daughter Margaret Bell; and his brother-in-law John Movizzo.
He is survived by: his children, Frances Bader (Matt) of Mont Vernon, NH, John David Bell (Tracy) of Medford, NY and Robert Howard Bell (Chris) of Ballston Spa, NY; his grandchildren, Sarah Bader, Xanna Bader, Annie Bader (Dee Barnwell), Matthew Bell and Lauren Bell (Joe Thibault); his stepchildren, Kevin Davids (Amy) of Unionville, Heather Halvorsen (Mike) of Virginia, Thomas Daleb (Candice) of North Carolina, Keith Daleb (Kathy) of Windsor and Rebecca Daleb (Rob Pearce) of Myrtle Beach, SC; his stepgrandchildren, Carrie Morris (Jon), Steve Davids (Erin), Katelyn Blackburn (Justin), Ben Halvorsen, Caitlin Daleb and Samantha Massey (Alex); his great grandchildren, Xavier Barnwell, Alora Barnwell and Levi Morris; his sister Drusilla Movizzo of The Villages, FL; his nephews, Paul Movizzo (Deborah) and John Movizzo (Julie); his niece Chia Miller (Joe); and his close friend Mike Novak (Denise) of Windsor.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Church (107 Palisado Ave, Windsor, CT 06095). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Palisado Cemetery (107 Palisado Ave, Windsor, CT 06095).
