She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis Harry Costello; her sister Shirley Lance (Norman); her sister-in-law Joan Condon (Robert); her nephew Timothy Lance; and her grandson Tyler.

She is survived by: her children, James Costello (Honor), Susan Colligan (Paul), Nancy Flynn (William), Lisa Costello and Tracy Kelly (John); her grandchildren, Patrick, Neil, Erin, Kelsey, Shellbe, Victoria, Connor, James, Mckenzie, Cailin and Kate; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Marisol, Clementine and Rodolfo Francis; her brother-in-law Kevin Costello (Tina); her nephew Skip Lance (Susan); and her nieces, Linda Condon and Peg Brown.
