He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Leary and Florence O'Leary of Windsor Locks; his brothers, Lester and John O'Leary; and his children, Barbara A. Pellegrini and Brian S. O'Leary.
He is survived by: his friends, Poppie and Gentleman Farmer; his wife Marian; his children, Sharon M. Gentile (Lou) of Delray, FLA and Kevin J. O'Leary (JoAnn) of Higganum, CT; his grandchildren, Colleen Bava (Steve), Paul Dowe (Jen), Kevin Dowe (Ali), Marissa Gentile, Ashleigh Gentile, Ryan Pelligrini (Michelle), Sean O'Leary and Meghan Kenter (Linas); his sisters-in-law, Theresa O'Leary, Carmela O'Leary and Barbara Sabonis-Chafee; and his pet Ginger. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
