Raymond J. Cheverier Obituary

In loving memory of Raymond J. Cheverier of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, who departed this world on February 11, 2025 at the age of 78. Raymond leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Cheverier and Irene Cheverier (Ouellette); his daughter Christie Cheverier; and his siblings, Norman Cheverier, Elaine Cheverier and Janice Preneta.

He is survived by: his children, Raymond E. Cheverier of Broad Brook, Dawn M. Witham (Christopher) of Tolland and Jamie Cheverier (Jeff Sonner) of Granby; his close friend Anne P. Motta of Windsor Locks; his siblings, Al Cheverier of Southwick, MA, Robert Cheverier of Southwick, MA, Richard Cheverier of North Carolina, Shirley Cheverier of Windsor and Bernice Timm of Windsor; and also, Robin Pisanechi, David Schafrick and Malissa Schafrick. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren, and many beloved nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carmon Funeral Home (807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT 06095).
