It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Banning of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, who passed away on April 12, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Banning Jr.; her son Timothy Banning; her granddaughter Sarah Banning; and her brother Raeford Beasley. She is survived by: her sons, Terry Banning (Sharon Trainor) and Charles Banning III (Debbie); her brothers, J. E. Beasley and Richard Beasley (Linda); her sister-in-law Marilyn Beasley; her daughter-in-law Christine Spradley; her grandchildren, Michael, Holly Sue, Joshua, Tonya, Timothy Jr., Shane, Dana, Eric and Angelica Banning; and her great grandchildren, Sophie, Theodore, Enzo, Arsenius and Alexa.
