She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Kopacz; her husband Richard; and also, Jim and Lindemann. She is survived by: her parent Nellie Kopacz (Polchopek); her children, Diane Bertrand (Jim McKay) of Canterbury, NH, Stephen Czupryna (Marilyn) of Bellingham, WA and Michael Czupryna of Rockville, CT.; and her grandsons, Mark Bertrand and Matthew Bertrand.

Donations in Mary's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
