He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Liss and Francis Liss (Bialecki); his son Joseph Liss; his sister Elizabeth Corso (Philip); his nephew John Corso; and his niece Jennifer Neuman.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Liss (Babcock); his daughter Kathryn Hensel (Matthew) of East Granby; his grandchildren, Luke Gouin and Josephine Hensel; his brother Anthony Liss (Barbara) of El Paso, TX; his niece Mary Corso of East Granby; and his nephews, Tom Liss (Amanda) of Meriden and Robert Liss of New Hampshire.
