With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth Manning (Windsor Locks, Connecticut), born in Barre, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 26, 2024 at the age of 96. He was predeceased by: his parents, Axel Manning and Elizabeth Manning. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Webster; and his children, Elizabeth Whyley, Carol Hart and Kevin Manning. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
