She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Baird and Omeline Baird (Roberts); her grandson John Sussina; her sister Barbara Sylvester; her brother-in-law Dave Sylvester; and her son-in-law William Sussina.
She is survived by: her husband Louis B. Valente; her children, Ken Valente (Mary) of Windsor Locks, Susan Sussina of Windsor Locks and Thomas Valente (Susan) of Springfield, MA.; her grandchildren, Erin Omicioli (Bryan), Katherine Valente, Brianna Anderson (George), Sarah West-Paley (Jim) and Stephanie Sussina (Nick); and her great grandchildren, William, Elijah, Luciana, Jackson and Oliver. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
