She was predeceased by: her mother Julianna Filip (Princz); her brother Joseph P. Filip; and her nephew Joseph C. Filip. She is survived by: her father Edwin Filip of Windsor Locks; her siblings, Paul J. Filip (Donna) of Windsor Locks, Deane Filip-Picard (Gilbert) of Windsor Locks and Esther Wargat (David) of Colchester; her nephews, Sean, Paul Filip and Justin Wargat; and her niece Caitlin Wargat.
