We bid farewell to Joseph A. Chester Jr. of East Windsor, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 16, 2025 at the age of 88. Joseph touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Chester, Sr. and Elizabeth Chester (Gilson); and his brother Charles Chester. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Chester; his children, Joseph Chester (Brianna) of Windsor Locks and Amy DeCoteau (Jason) of East Windsor; his grandsons, Joseph and Daniel Chester; and his brother James "Frank" Chester of Enfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home (441 Spring St, Windsor Locks, CT 06096). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Family Church (23 Simon Rd, Enfield, CT 06082). A burial will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at the St. Catherine's Cemetery.
