Jay Hoffman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2020, at the age of 71, Jay Hoffman (Windsor Locks, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hoffman and Ida Hoffman (Badstubner). He is survived by: his children, William Hoffman (Catherine) of Beacon, NY and Emily Vincent (Thomas) of Simsbury, CT; his brothers, Ernest Hoffman (Nancy) and Jeffrey Hoffman (Susan); and his grandchildren, Will, Ben Vincent, Matilda, Ida and Annabel Hoffman.
