He was predeceased by: his wife Lucile Anderson (Tucker); his parents, Walter Anderson and Frances Anderson (Decker); and his brother Walter T. Anderson, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, James A. Anderson, Jr. (Donna), Karen A. D'Esopo (Barry), Kathi A. Wicks (David) and Kristen A. Lefebvre (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Bauch (Christopher), Hillary Mowbray (Bradley), Lindsay Holland (Adam), Rachel Anderson (Blake Barnes), James "Trey" Anderson, III (Megan), Emily Lefebvre (Brocton Rand) and Carrie Wicks (Duane Cronkite); and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Tucker Mowbray, Joseph, Jennifer Bauch, James IV "Drew", Mackenzie Anderson and James Holland.
