She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick "Fred" Placzek; her parents, Alexander Niedzwiecki and Mary Niedzwiecki (Kosinski); and her siblings, William, Alex, Stanley, Rev Harold Niedzwiecki, Jean Zliczewski and Sophie McAdoo.
She is survived by: her son Gary (Leslie) of South Windsor; and her grandsons, Benjamin and Zachary. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and wonderful neighbors.
