He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Robtoy and Josephine Robtoy (Robidoux); his wife Juliet; his siblings, Raymond, Oliver Robtoy, Ida Besaw and Dora Dawson; and his grandchildren, Ashley Charette and Frank Theodore, III.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Danner (Jerry), Carol Gagnon, Donna Robtoy, Cathy Small (Derek), Bruce Robtoy (Susan) and Bryan Robtoy; and his brothers-in-law, Gordon and Clarence Smarse. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law.
