He was predeceased by: his wife Mabel Manley (Burnell); his daughters, Dianne Manley and Lisa Manley-Cannon; and his sisters, Joanne and Lynn.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Manley (Pamela), Gregory Manley, Kelly Morelli of Enfield and Tracy Bowidas (Rick) of Windsor Locks; his brother John Manley; his friend Bob; and also Beth. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
