He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Doreen Zaugg (Madore); his parents, George Zaugg Sr. and Laura Zaugg (Curtis); his siblings, Raymond Zaugg (Beverly) of South Windsor, Shirley Sweeney of Hebron and Paul C. Zaugg of East Hartford; his grandchildren, Rose Zaugg, Heather Lemieux, Melanie Zaugg, Barry Zaugg Jr., Danielle Lawrence, Tyler Zaugg, Corinne Tryon, Chase Tryon, Cole Tryon, Nicole Roy and Heidi Hargrove; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Bradyn, Ava, Kallianna, Cody, Carter, Eleanor, Paisley, Michael, Sadie, Harper and Austin. He was also cherished by four children.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
