George Doak Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Doak of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, who passed away on April 15, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Doak and Irene Doak (Gagnon); and his sister Shirley Searles of Caribou, Maine.. He is survived by: his wife Claire Doak (Tomaszek); his daughters, Karen Rolocut (Steven) of Suffield and Cheryl Tuttle (Philip) of Ellington; his grandchildren, Nicholas Rolocut (Angelica), Dustin Rolocut (Olivia Carignan), Anna Tuttle and Matthew Tuttle; and his sisters, Sue Infantine Brown of Naples, Carole Belanger of Stockholm and Paula Shuckerow (Richard) of Senoia, Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home (441 Spring St, Windsor Locks, CT 06096). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at the St. Mary's Cemetery (220 Spring St, Windsor Locks, CT 06096).
In lieu of flowers, donations in George's memory may be made to the Windsor Locks Fire Department, 2 Volunteer Dr, Windsor Locks, CT 06096.
