It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Loos of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on October 4, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Loos (Hodlin). He is survived by: his father William Loos; his significant other Luanne (Moticka-Gagnon); his stepson Matthew Gagnon (Alyssa Leto); and his brother Jim. He is also survived by several sister and brother in laws, nieces, nephews and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Fran's Memory may be made the Helen & Harry Gray Cancer Center, 85 Retreat Ave, Hartford, CT 06106.
